जब twitter खोला तो देखा #KGFChapter2 ट्रेंड कर रहा था, कुछ बड़े हैंडल्स के tweet देखे तो उनकी स्ट्रेटेजी समझ में आयी और लगा ये उन लोगों के लिए भी बहुत useful होगी जिन्होंने अभी अभी अपना बिज़नेस शुरू किया है।
1. Show You are in Competition with Big Brands : आज विपक्ष मे ऐसे अनेक नेता हैं जो राजनीति मे एक अच्छी Position पर हैं, उन सबमे एक बात कॉमन है, कि वो सब मोदी जी को कोस कोस कर बड़े बने हैं। पर क्या वो तब भी इतने बड़े बन पते अगर वो मोदी जी की जगह बीजेपी के किसी और नेता के नाम का Use करते ? शायद कोई उन पर ध्यान भी न देता। इसी तरह अगर कोई FinTech की दुनिया मे उठना चाहता है तो उसे Paytm जैसे बड़े नाम का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा। KGF Team को भी पता है Chapter 2 का सफ़र आसान नहीं होगा इसलिए उन्होंने इस पूरी पब्लिसिटी को Pushpa Vs KGF कर दिया।
2. Let Companies Fight not People : जितने भी बड़े हैंडल्स हैं ट्विटर पर सब Pushpa Vs KGF पर focus कर रहे हैं, कोई भी इसे Yash (Rocky) Vs Allu Arjun (Pushpa Raj) नहीं बता रहा। एक राजनीति को छोड़ दो तो कोई भी लड़ाई पर्सनल नहीं होती। कभी नहीं सुना चंदा कोचर Vs आदित्य पूरी, दीपिंदर गोयल Vs श्रीहर्षा मजेटी बल्कि ICICI Vs HDFC, Zomato vs Swiggy, OLA Vs Uber etc .
3. Image of Your Brand : Start working on your brand from first day, don’t wait for days, weeks or months. Start from Start. Image of Rocky in chapter 1 was set to be larger than life. Now it is going to be even bigger in chapter 2. With more powerful opponents, bigger challenges. One User Shared :

5. And at last See Big Picture – THINK BIG : रॉकी किसी गली मोहल्ले का दादा नही बना, न ही किसी कस्बे और छोटे मोटे शहर का डॉन। उसका सपना भी समंदर की तरह बड़ा था, सारी दुनिया पर राज करने का। साफ़ शब्दों मे बड़ा बनना है तो बड़ा सोचो। बड़े सपने देखो और उन सपनों को सच करने में जुट जाओ।

So many years
have passed, in one of companies, I worked, One Day I was finalizing Payroll
for the month, one of my colleagues who also worked in same department, suddenly
made a remark, “I get only Rs. X per month as Salary but Mr. XXXXX (Our CFO)
gets Rs. 5X (Five Times of my Colleagues Salary). We both have same Years of Experience
and Qualification, Then Why such a big gap, What Special Work He Does ?” (Aisa
kya khas kaam wo Karte Hain ?).
I was busy
in work, so did not pay attention at that time, but later his words struck in
my mind ? We all are accountants, most with same qualification, same knowledge,
then why some are treated like Kings and others like Pawns.
During
those days working environment used to be very different as no transparency used
to exist like now a days, even no social media was in use. All major decisions
were taken in closed rooms, No Ordinary Employee could dare to put a question
or get direct in the room of Top Managers.
Anyway, With
Time I got the Answer, What Special Work They Do ?
There are
many books with practical knowledge available for Founders/Promoters and Newly
appointed CEOs, but as concerned to CFOs, most are with Tools and Techniques a
CFO needs to use while performing his duties including areas like M&A, Corporate
Governance, Due Diligence, Cash Management, Audit, Internal Controls, Taxes, Automations,
Budgets, Financial Reports, and Dealing with all Stack Holders including Banks,
Investors, Board and Govt.
It took
many years for me to get the answer to this question, What CFOs Do ? But if
today some one asks me same question, my advice would be to Read this Book, I
am talking about today, “CFO NITI”. It will take you directly into the world of
CFOs and just not limited to Official Duties but their personal struggles and
explains their journey they travelled to reach at the top financial position of
top Indian Companies. The questions asked by Authors are very relevant and would
definitely help all accounting and finance professionals in handling all
obstacles they face in their day-to-day professional life, also they will find
many new things, they would like to implement in their companies. They will know
what habits/qualities they need to develop to reach to top position or to work
like a Financial Leader. They will know the areas need urgent attention. They
will be in better position to manage their teams and Time. The limit and level
of Delegation etc.

Happy Republic Day, Friends. We all know, Why Do We Celebrate this day and why it is such an Important Day for Our Country.
On this Day, the Constitution of India came into effect and India was declared as the Purna Swaraj Country.
One of the Definitions of Constitution : The formal or informal system of primary principles and laws that regulates a government or other institutions.
If You read constitution, you would realise How much hard work would have been done by the team involved in preparation of constitution. The Holy Book of India.
This Constitution is about Govt and Citizens of the Country, defining their Rights, Obligations and Rules to run the Country.
If you want to live a perfect life, create such constitution for your own life. Set Rules like Law and Abide by them like if broken will be punishable offense.
Usually, we live following the books written by others or obeying the rules set by others, we all are not same. Every Person is Unique, then How same Rule can work for All in their personal lives.
So, This Time Write Your Own Personal Constitution. What Do You Expect from Yourself? Your Diet, Your Exercises, Your Education, Dress Code, Standard of Language, Travels, Movies, Knowledge Enhancement, New Skills Development, Type of Books/Magazines to Read, Political Believes, Religion, Spirituality, People, Organisations, Social Media ……………. Touch every part of your personality, your Life.
If you do this, you won’t be wandering or depending on others any more for your life decisions small or big.
Just sharing the link of constitution of India. Every Indian must read at least once in his or her lifetime.
Yesterday I got to read one article on Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and found one thing very interesting.
Before I come to point, in last 25 years I have worked in several companies with different working styles and cultures, as concern to dress code, every company had its dress code usually formal on Mon-Thu and casuals on Fri-Sat.
But there were two companies where people used to wear uniform. In first company it was not company policy, but a self-established rule people set themselves, in that company MD, CEO and CFO used to wear White Shirt and Black Trouser daily. Gradually all staff started following the same dress code. In other company, it was management’s decision. Whenever new employees join, they get three sets of uniform with company logo (Three Shirts, Three Trousers along with Two Sweaters and Two Jackets). Same Fabric/dress material was used for all Employees irrespective of their designation.
Now Come to Mark Zuckerberg, when he was asked (During Q&A Session of FB Head Quarter on 6th November’ 2021), why He use to wear same clothes every day, He gave a very sensible and beautiful reply, in his words :
“I really want to clear my life to make it so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community. There’s actually a bunch of psychology theory that even making small decisions, around what you wear or what you eat for breakfast or things like that, they kind of make you tired and consume your energy. My view is I’m in this really lucky position where I get to wake up every day and help serve more than 1 billion people, and I feel like I’m not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life, so that way I can dedicate all of my energy towards just building the best products and services and helping us reach our goal and achieve this mission of helping to connect everyone in the world and giving them the ability to stay connected with the people that they love and care about. So, that’s what I care about. Even though it sounds silly that that’s my reason for wearing a grey t-shirt every day, it is true.”
This is really a good lesson for people who spends big time just to decide what to wear today or what to cook everyday. It also reminds that everything is energy, and every act/thought uses that energy present within us, so use it wisely, do not waste on small things or decisions but something big and meaningful.
At Last, whenever you read about people like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates & Steve Jobs, you will find two things common:
1. Live Simple.
2. Stay Focused.

In past, Govt extended due dates so many times, but this time Govt simply ignore request to extend date of filing ITR of non-audit cases that was 31st Dec’21, (Though in case of GST Annual Return and Reconciliation Statement, Date was extended, Yet no action on ITR Due Date irrespective of Millions of Tweets/Messages/Mails/Letters and Recommendations by Various Professionals and Firms to FM and PM, is good enough to reveal Govt intention to not consider any such request in future.). So, it is good to keep track of all Dates and Plan Accordingly. Thanks.
हम सबने ये गाना सुना ही है, जितनी चाबी भरी राम ने उतना चले खिलौना।
जब कोई जीव संसार मे जन्म लेता है, उसकी मृत्यु का समय भी उसी समय निश्चित कर दिया जाता है। गुरबाणी मे कहा गया है :
"मरणु लिखाइ मंडल महि आए ॥
Destined only to die, he comes into the world."
परन्तु कई बार खिलौना बैटरी ख़तम होने से पहले ही बंद हो जाता है, इसी प्रकार मनुष्य भी मौत के पहले मर सकता है, जिसे हम अकाल मृत्यु के नाम से जानते हैं। मृत्यु से तो नहीं जीता जा सकता, पर मृत्यु के भय पर अवश्य नियन्त्र किया जा सकता है। आज मै कलयुग मे उपस्थित ऐसी ही कुछ शक्तियों की बात करूँगा। यदि आप उनमे विश्वास करते हैं तो श्रद्धा पूर्वक समर्पण भाव से उनका स्मरण करें। उनकी अलौकिक उपस्तिथि आपके मन को हर भय से मुक्त कर शक्ति प्रदान करेगी।
1. हनुमान जी : हनुमान जी का नाम ही मनुष्य को हर भय से मुक्त करता है और अभय प्रदान करता है। यदि सम्भव हो तो प्रतिदिन 1 से 40 बार हनुमान चालीसा का पठन करें।
2 . माँ झंडेवाली : मैंने माँ झंडेवाली का नाम लिया हैं, पर आप माँ के किसी भी स्वरुप का ध्यान कर सकते हैं , माँ दुर्गा या माँ काली।
3 . श्री गुरु तेग़ बहादुर साहिब जी (गुरुद्वारा सीस गंज साहिब) और श्री गुरु हरिकृष्ण साहिब जी (गुरुद्वारा बंगला साहिब ). गुरुबाणी का सार यही है, कलयुग मे नाम का ही सहारा है, चाहे राम कहो या अल्लाह, जीसस को पुकारो या वाहेगुरू उच्चारो। ईश्वर के नाम का सदा ध्यान करो।
4 . शनि देव : न्याय के देवता। जीवन मे कितनी भी अशांति हो, शनि देव का ध्यान करने से महा विचलित मन भी शान्त हो जाता है।
5 . नीम करौली बाबा : हनुमान जी के परम भक्त, देह रूप में वो नहीं है, पर आज भी हर उसकी मदद करते हैं, जो उनसे सहायता की अपेक्षा करता है और साफ़ मन से प्रार्थना करता है।
6. शिरडी के साई बाबा : जिनका जीवन ही चमत्कारों से भरा है। आद्यात्मिक दुनिया के प्रेरणा स्रोत। आपके मांगने मे देर हो सकती है उनके देने मे नहीं।
मैंने ये सब नाम अपने ज्ञान और अनुभव के आधार पर लिखे हैं, अगर आप पहले से ही ईश्वर के किसी अन्य स्वरूप या किसी संत का अनुसरण करते हैं, तो उसे जारी रखें। क्यूंकि स्वरूप अनेक हो सकते हैं, पर ब्रह्माण्ड का रचियता ईश्वर एक ही है, और संसार की सभी अलौकिक शक्तियों उसी का प्रतिबिम्ब मात्र हैं।
आज से कुछ समय पहले जब हस्पताल मे भर्ती होना पड़ा तो साथ दाखिल मरीजों की दशा देखकर मन को बहुत पीड़ा हुई, लोग असहनीय पीड़ा झेल रहे थे।
कोई नहीं समझ पा रहा था कि ये जीवन का अंत है या कुछ और दिन मिलेंगे ? कुछ लोग ठीक हो गए पर सब इतने खुशनसीब नहीं थे।
हमेशा दूसरों का भला करो, अच्छा बोलो और ईमानदार रहो। क्यूंकि आपकी जिंदगी का फैसला आपके अपने कर्म करेंगे दूसरे क्या करते है उसका कोई विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। क्यूंकि अंत समय ही इंसान सोचता है की काश मैंने ऐसा किया होता या वैसा न किया होता, इसलिए जब भी कोई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लें तो ये स्मर्ण रहे कि अंत समय इस निर्णय पर पछताना न पड़े। धन्यवाद।
