If someone asks me formula of success, I can answer in one Word. That is “Discipline”.

Discipline as I understand, To Do something (predetermined/planned) irrespective of circumstances or mood.

First you decide e.g. to become a CA, Then you determine to put your all energy and focus to achieve your all goals. But this would remain just a dream until you start study with full discipline. Same is true for any profession or any goal like losing weight, To rise early, to gain more confidence etc.

I have read many books on 365 days series, but I find this book little different, small tips that can make big impact on your life. Help to identify what is wrong with your routine and who can you improve it. How important is flexibility and How can you keep you self-motivated in case of failure. After reading you will understand power of compounding, It is just not about world of money, But works in all areas of our life.

With this book, You will learn :

1. How to get rid of procrastination.
2. How to start anything even with limited knowledge and resources.
3. How to deal with temptations.
4. How to remain positive and productive even in case of failures.

आज सुबह जब स्कूल जाते बच्चों के हाथ मे गुलाब के फूल देखे तो याद आया आज तो Teachers Day है। अपने गुरुओं के प्रति आभार प्रकट करने का दिवस। हमारे समाज मे गुरुओं को माता पिता से भी बढ़कर माना गया है। क्यूँकि माता पिता तो जन्म देते हैं, पर जीवन जीने की राह और सच्चा ज्ञान तो मात्र गुरु से ही मिलता है। यदि मनुष्य और अन्य जीवों मे कोई अंतर है तो वो ,मात्र ज्ञान का है। कहते हैं, इस संसार मे ऐसा कोई भी मनुष्य नही है जिसमे कोई गुण न हो अथार्थ हर व्यक्ति से कुछ न कुछ सीखा जा सकता है, यदि व्यक्ति अपनी शिक्षा का अहंकार और पद का मान न करे तो। साधारण मनुष्य ही नही, श्री राम और श्री कृष्ण ने सर्व गुण संपन्न होते हुए भी ज्ञान प्राप्ति के लिए गुरु का आश्रय लिया। उन सभी Teachers का, Bosses और Colleagues का, उन सभी महान लेखकों का जिनकी लिखी पुस्तकों ने जीने की एक नयी राह दिखायी और अंत मे ईश्वर जो स्वम सबसे बड़े गुरु हैं के प्रति आभार, उन सबके मंगलमय जीवन की कामना सहित सभी मित्रों को Happy Teachers Day. The proposed amendments in GST Law

The proposed amendments in CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 and the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 are now placed in the public domain.

There is about 46 amendments, mostly law related and in nature of clarifications or correcting drafting errors in earlier law, at some places tax base is extended whereas for some areas it is an attempt to make the law more user friendly like facility to amend/revise return, manufacturer/trader with service upto 10% of turnover or 5 Lacs can also opt for composition scheme. ITC negative list to be reduced, ease of debit/credit notes, cancellation of registration etc. 

However many pain areas have not been considered like RCM on URD (Even it is proposed that 9(4) would be applicable only for notified taxpayers in this amendments list), Payment mode to increase, To allow to deposit tax in one common head etc. Learned that on some such issues Council is already working.

रॉबिन शर्मा की लगभग सारी किताबें मैंने पढ़ी हैं पर ये बेहतरीन किताबों में से एक है, इस कहानी की सादगी इसे और भी खूबसूरत बनाती है।

HAPPY GST DAY - 2018

कई वर्षों के लम्बे इन्तज़ार के बाद आज से एक साल पहले वो शुभ घडी आ ही गयी थी  जब GST प्रचलन मे आया जिसे एक बड़े कर सुधार के रूप मे देखा गया, आरंभिक दौर मे लेखाकारों, कर विशेषज्ञों, व्यवसाइयों सभी के लिए ये परीक्षा की घडी थी, क्यूंकि implement  होते ही सरकार के बड़े बड़े दावों की एक एक कर के पोल खुलने लगी। 3 Billion transactions की बात करने वाला server कुछ लाख transactions से ही चरमरा उठा। कई प्रश्न मन में उठते रहे जैसे :

१. काश GSTN TCS या NIC को दिया होता, तो बार बार तकनीकी समस्याऐं उत्त्पन्न न होतीं। 

२. काश AJ की जगह कोई युवा और ऊर्जावान व्यक्ति देश का वित्त मंत्री होता तो सारा बोझ अकेले वित्त सचिव हसमुख अधिया को न झेलना पड़ता।

३. काश GST इस सोच के साथ कि सभी करदाता बईमान और निकम्मे हैं और कैसे इनसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा कर वसूला जाये की जगह इस सोच से चालू किया जाता कि किस प्रकार करदाताओं को कर की एक सरल प्रणाली दी जाये, तो शायद नजारा ही कुछ और होता। 

Anyway जो हुआ सो हुआ, आज की बात करें तो system ठीक ठाक चल रहा है, (वैसे आज ही Trans -२ को लेकर अनेक करदाता GST Tech पर complaint करते दिखे ), NIC के नियंत्रण मे आने के बाद Eway Bill का Portal भी अच्छा काम कर रहा है। Council की पिछली सभा मे return के simplification की बात already हो चुकी है, ITC भी TDS की तरह सीधा Credit Ledger मे Credit होगा, RCM on URD Purchases 30 सितम्बर 2018 तक के लिये स्थगित हो चूका है, उम्मीद है 2019 के चुनाव के लालच मे इसे ख़तम भी किया जा सकता है, क्यूंकि इससे SME Sector को बहुत नुकसान होने की आशंका है। TDS और TCS Provisions भी 30 सितम्बर 2018 तक के लिये स्थगित हो चुके हैं। इसी उम्मीद के साथ कि अगले साल में और भी बड़े सुधार देखने को मिलेंगे -  HAPPY GST DAY TO EVERYONE .
