अँधेरी राहों पर ज्ञान के दीपक जलाता

एक company का accountant कहलाता।

सभी accountant भाई बहनों को नये Financial Year की हार्दिक शुभकामनायें। सिर्फ इस mortal world ही नही बल्कि उस दुनिया मे भी Accountant का कितना महत्व है, इसी बात से समझा जा सकता है, जहाँ अन्य देवताओं को मात्र उनकी क्षमता के आधार पर कार्य का आबंटन किया गया, वहीँ प्राणियों के कर्मो का हिसाब रखने के लिये भगवान चित्रगुप्त को कठिन साधना से गुजरना पड़ा।

ये सिर्फ एक नया साल ही नही है, हर उस accountant के लिए जो अपने काम को और बेहतर बनाना चाहता है, एक अवसर है।

महावीर जयन्ती के शुभ अवसर पर सभी मित्रों को हार्दिक शुभकामनायें। हम सौभाग्यशाली हैं जो ईश्वर अलग अलग रूपों में आकर जीवन के दुखों के निवारण का मार्ग दिखाते हैं। भगवान महावीर के बारे मे जो थोड़ा बहुत मैंने पढ़ा है और उनके व्यक्तित्व की जो बातें मुझे प्रभावित करती हैं, उनमे से कुछ का उल्लेख करना चाहूँगा। ये बात विचारणीय है, कोई साधारण मनुष्य यदि सन्यास का मार्ग चुनता है, तो बड़ी बात नही, पर एक सम्राट जब आध्यात्मिक मार्ग का अनुसरण करता है, तो समाज को एक नयी रोशनी, जीने की एक नई राह दिखती है। 

१.  सँसार को जीतना उतना महत्वपूर्ण नही, जितना स्वम को स्वम् से जीतना। इन्द्रियों की शक्ति प्रबल है, नेत्रों से सन्देश पाते ही सभी इन्द्रियाँ सजग हो जाती हैं, कोई भी ऐसी चीज, जो आकर्षित करे, चाहे वो कोई मनुष्य हो, कोई भवन, कोई वाहन - मोह, वासना, अँहकार, क्रोध और ईर्ष्या को जन्म देता है. यदि इन्द्रियों का नियन्त्रण न किया जाये तो जीवन एक जलती हुई चिता के समान हो जाता है। 

२. लोग कहते है कम बोलो, मीठा बोलो, सत्य बोलो पर भगवान महावीर से सीखा सिर्फ तभी बोलो जब बोलना जरुरी हो, तभी सुनो जब सुनना जरुरी हो, तभी देखो जब देखना जरुरी हो, यहाँ तक तभी सोचो जब सोचना जरुरी हो। 

३. दया, करुणा और क्षमा - सभी जीवों के प्रति समभाव रखो। 

४. मोक्ष मात्र उत्तम कर्मों से ही प्राप्त हो सकता है, एक और जहाँ पुराने कर्मो के परिणाम स्वीकार करो वही वर्तमान कर्मो के प्रति सजग रहो।

सभी भाई बहनों को नवरात्री के शुभ अवसर पर हार्दिक शुभकामनायें। कहते हैं माँ जैसा कोई नही, बालक चाहे ४ वर्ष का हो या ४० वर्ष का, माँ सदा उसको प्रगति के पथ पर आगे बढ़ता हुआ देखना चाहती है। दुनिया बालक की प्रतिभा और क्षमताओं पर भले ही संदेह करे, पर एक माँ कभी हार नहीं मानती। आइंस्टीन की कहानी से तो हम सब वाकिफ हैं, जब उन्हें मूर्ख और प्रतिभाहीन कह कर स्कूल से निकाल दिया गया, पर माँ ने ये कहकर कि स्कूल उस जैसे प्रतिभावान बालक को शिक्षा देने मे समर्थ नही, उसका हौसला बढ़ाया। वही आइंस्टीन भविष्य मे कितना महान वैज्ञानिक बना, ये सारा संसार जानता है।  माँ से कभी कुछ माँगना नही पड़ता, बिना मांगे सब कुछ मिलता है। नवरात्री मे माँ के विभिन्न रूपों का पूजन किया जाता है। सभी पर माँ की कृपा बनी रहे और जीवन आनन्द, उल्लास और खुशियों से भरा रहे, भौतिक और अध्यात्मिक दोनों क्षेत्रों मे सबकी उन्नति हो, इसी अभिलाषा के साथ पुन : सभी मित्रों को Happy Navratri. These were some quotes by Great Scientist Stephen Hawking. He was one of the great and noble souls on earth, who always amazed and inspired me. Today he left his mortal body and said Goodbye to mother earth. The way he explained universe and time is remarkable. He changed it from mysteries to magic and from different philosophical assumptions to  scientific theories. A very simple approach. 

He born on the day Galileo died and he died on the day Albert Einstein born.  Who can know the unique ways of God, the controller of everything. Goodbye and RIP Stephen Hawking Sir, You will always remain an inspiration for us and all coming generations. _/\_

☼ Worry was about Low Collection of GST, and expected with implementation of E-way Bill collection will rise. (as govt believe people are not paying taxes honestly). ☼ Discussed Return Process (2 Models) but No Decision on Simplification of Return, as bureaucracy felt, simplification will give room to tax evasion. Existing system (including GSTR-3B) will continue for 3 more months.  ☼ Inter State E-way bill to be applicable from 01st April, 2018 and Intra State from 15th April, 2018. ☼ Tax Exemption for Exporters extended for 6 months. ☼ Reverse Charge Mechanism Proposal extended for 3 months.  Keep Enjoying #GST.

Compliance Calendar for the month of March-2018. Few Important Compliance, I have added, check for others related to your Industry under various taxes, laws and govt schemes. Indian Taxes are known as one of the most complex taxes law in the world, Ages old labour laws and Custom Laws. In GST, only procedures are changed, but not the concepts. Hope one day, real changes will happen. Many good changes like automation in PF and ESI, Simplification of Returns introduced in recent years, but time is to change laws itself to end corruption and make citizens to accept and respect law of their country wholeheartedly and not under some pressure or fear of punishment. There are world class economists in our country, only the politicians or leaders required, who stop doubting business people or tax payers and start leading by example. Thanks.

Some times ago, I just wanted to read Shiva Purana, but in interested form, so just start searching books on life stories of Shiva. Find a few ones. One, it was a magnificent book, written, like you will feel Shiva, a King, a Warrior, a Master, a Husband and a Father, one from our world. But I did not want to imagine Shiva in my World, but myself in Shiva’s World, just like a guest at his home. Spending time with his Ganas (Sevak), Watching his various Leelas. So, Shiva bestowed his grace and I got this beautiful book on Amazon, and to read it, I purchased Kindle.

Surprisingly, when I read this book, there were many questions in mind, What made Shiva to manifest thyself in this mortal world ? Who were the Ganas ? Why the Maa Adi Shakti had to adopt various forms ? Why he decided not to manifest like Rama or Krishna as a King, why a native of mountains ? I got many answers, while reading the Book.

So, if you want to know about Shiva, this is the one of the best Books, I can ever recommend. In his Light Form, No human brain has power or capacity to understand or analyze him, but in his Shiva form, you will definitely love his leelas and feel his presence, if you read with love and devotion.
