Google and youtube are the best teachers.
और अंत में अपनी favorite poem (Written by Sh.

GSTN Problems and Solutions

GSTN Problems and Solutions

1. First Thing First : Many times I read that registered tax payers will increase after GST, there would be x number of registrations, who will come under tax net first time etc. Our Advice is, not to be greedy; here we are not making any Guinness Book record, first handle regular tax payers.  Immediately make cancellation form available so that all migrated taxpayers who want no more to remain in GST, may leave and pressure on GSTN Server is reduced. It will also add composition dealer who now want to become regular taxpayers, but their numbers are negligible.

2. Immediately issue GSTP Certificates: Almost 70 days and GSTN is sitting on GSTP issues. Result, many CA Firms are occupied with 100 of returns, and chances of Errors are very high, that is evident on GSTN’s Tech handle on twitter. Sales figures entered in purchase and vice versa. C Form info for claiming ITC, instead fill detail of all forms, instead of saving the form, submitted the same.  Why? Because they have loads of work. Many of them are doing this work first time, most of the CA firms were into direct taxes, but now they are taking care of GST all based on theoretical knowledge.

3. Simplify the Forms: In old tax regime, Returns were filled quarterly/half yearly for VAT/Service Tax and now monthly, with heavy details. Some of the information can be linked to annual return and period of return can be monthly and quarterly based on turnover of the taxpayer.  Revenue won’t get affected, as continue payment to be made on monthly basis. So Review and Revise the Forms.

GST and Trolls. Advise for Modi Ji to Visit India like a common man to know pain of ordinary Indian People

Yesterday some troll who was claiming to be a director of seven companies, may be a chartered accountant, commented on one of my posts on Linkedin with very bad language. I thought he is CA, so he would understand the matter as a professional, but he talked all non-sense and when I reminded him, such behaviour from a director of seven companies. He disappeared and deleted his all comments, but warned me that he would complain to ICAI and other agencies. I could only smile on such remarks.

First of all I'd request all professionals that take care of your behaviour on social media, we all represent our institutes. There may be disagreement on many points, but then should go for a constructive argument and not abusive. e.g. one CA who succeed to file his return in first attempt, will be very happy, but on other hand the CA who is to file 10 returns, could not file even one, will just curse the system. We can't say anyone to be wrong. I fear if Modi Ji will have some problems that would be from these fake trolls who do not let him know the truth and not from the professionals who highlight their concerns about system so that it can be fixed.

One advice for Modi Ji, He must learn from King Vikramaditya, Akbar and Ranjit Singh, Go and meet the people in get up of a common man to know what people think about their Government and what are their exact concerns.

I do not mind Trolls, as they too are unemployed people, who have no other job, but it really hurts to find a professional to be a troll.

Most of the times, they talk non-sense. e.g. in demonetization time they said why people have problem in standing in queues, our army men also stands on boarder for long hours. It was shocking, they were comparing army man who is physically and mentally trained to do his task with an  ordinary citizen who may be BP and Diabetic patient.

If Modi Ji personally visit the areas, he would know, how criminals have no fear of law or police. Snatchers are not showing any mercy even on kids and old people. Just last week, it happened with one widow old lady, who lost her purse, that contained mobile a few hundred rupees. Now she was worried, how to get same number issued again, or update new number with bank, Gas Station etc. How our system can be so insensitive ?

You will be Judged on Your Karmas Alone !

While on the journey of life, you will encounter with many Souls. Some will get inspired from you, will thank and praise you and would try to follow your path or become like you.
Some will hate you out of jealousy, when you grow, they will use bad words or insult you.
But Do not stop, Not when you get praised or not when you are disgraced, because it won't matter when there would come the time of Thy Judgement. He won't judge you based on what other humans think about you or how treat you, but only on the basis of your Karmas, Good or Bad. So, Don't try to please people but the only one, Who is your creator. Thanks.
Both the things are important in life, because If you always keep getting rewards or applauds, It will boost your Ego and result in false pride.
Happy Holy Sunday to All !

" If need to stop the system for a month, stop and fix all issues, do not make it an Ego Issue, otherwise situation will keep getting worse. Thanks."

Glad, that it happened. First Good & Positive Result of appointment of Dr Ajay Bhushan Pande as chairman GSTN.

Now, I wish and pray God to guide (Grant Sadbudhi ) GST Council and GSTN Leadership to form a team of Industry Experts with members from TCS, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Wipro etc alongwith Infosys team.  It is a national project and let everyone contribute best of his capacity. We had implemented very complex automated projects, and know, all these issues can be fixed in one month, if dedicated team work on it, free from any political pressure.

Dr Ajay Bhushan Pande will hold charge of chairman GSTN in place of Navin Kumar who retired recently.

Dr Ajay Bhushan Pande will hold charge of chairman GSTN in place of Navin Kumar who retired recently. He is DG UIDAI (Aadhar).
He brings with him his vast experience of implementing complex IT projects. I welcome him to the Team GST of Revenue department.
- Dr Hasmukh Adhia (Revenue ecreatary, MoF, Govt of India)
Why not hire an expert from Industry. UIDAI is also not performing great, but since no time line attached, so no one notices, but GST is a different level ? Two days left for filing GSTR-1 and Server is making people sitting around for hours, testing their patience. Even people with super fast connections are unable to file their return, just leave an average or slow connection. If Govt truly wants to make GST Implementation a success, let professionals from Industry handle it, who are expert. It was not a rocket science, Face Book is used by more than 200 Crore users, Twitter by 33 Crore, Instagram by 70 Crore, Youtube by 150 Crore every month and here we are struggling to design and implement a system just for 1 Crore users. If need to stop the system for a month, stop and fix all issues, do not make it an Ego Issue, otherwise situation will keep getting worse. Thanks.

Step by step guide on downloading Error file from GST Portal and making corrections

Step by step guide on downloading Error file from GST Portal and making corrections as issued by CBEC. It reminds me error files while processing batch files for bulk payments uploading at bank's portal. Almost similar process. But, It is also true, not all companies are tech savvy. And not all companies use E-Banking, This is not, that they can't do, but their owners do not want any one else to touch their bank account or have access on banking detail of company, they do not trust even the senior most employees of the company. Anyway, Initially there would be happening so many errors, but every time, it would be a lesson. So Keep Learning, Growing and Enjoying #GST. Thanks.
