Heavy Advertisement Cost on Wrong Medium, Wrong Discount Policies, No Manpower Planing, Fail to outsource some projects, Excessive Fixed Cost, Misuse of Funding, Low Quality Standards are few reasons for the same other than other than Government strange Policies and Plans causing pain to many industries including e-commerce (for few short term but for many may lasting many months).
